Merv from Mr Rooter came in and did a fantastic job replacing my super old shower. Professional and really quite friendly, he helped me figure out what exactly I wanted and how to get it done. He’s got a good roster of Dad jokes, too. The price is good, especially with financing options available. Save yourselves the hassle of looking all over town and book these folks.

I was out of Province and had to coordinate a plumbing repair at my property in St. John's. Mr. Router's Staff was calm, cool, and collected, as well as prompt and professional, which made the entire experience easy peasy. Two thumbs up!

It was a very good experience. They responded promptly to an emergency situation on a Friday. Mervin and Josh knew what they were doing. They went to work and kept going until everything was completed. Good job.

We were blown away by the quality of service. We called early afternoon with no hot water, and they had our tank replaced that same evening. The phone assistant was excellent, and Mervin, the technician, was outstanding--knowledgeable, efficient, careful of our floors, and friendly. This kind of service is rare these days, and I won't hesitate to use Mr. Rooter again.
